Today's Recipe - Banana Walnut Bread Recipe

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup Splenda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 pinch salt 1 1/4 cup mashed banana 1 tablespoon Canola oil 1/3 cup buttermilk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 cup chopped walnuts DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x5" loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Blend the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside. Mash bananas. Add oil, buttermilk, and vanilla to the bananas. Mix well. Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients. Stir just until mixed. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until rich brown and the center is set.
