Recipe: Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups water 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 teaspoons caraway seed 1/2 cup cornmeal 1 1/2 cups dark rye flour 2 cups bread flour 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten 2 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 teaspoon salt DIRECTIONS: Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Set for French Bread cycle, or Normal setting.
