Today's Recipe - Banana Apricot Bread

Recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped 1 c. mashed bananas (2 med.) 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 1 1/2 tbsp. buttermilk or sour milk 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped nuts DIRECTIONS: Combine bananas, eggs, sugar, butter, buttermilk and lemon juice and beat until smooth. Stir in flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir in apricots, raisins and nuts. Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until pick comes out dry.
