Today's Recipe - Peanut Butter Cookies

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 egg, beaten 1 c. sugar 1 c. creamy peanut butter DIRECTIONS: In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Scoop level tablespoons and roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
