Today's Recipe - Cheesecake Bar Cookies

Recipe: Ingredients:
9 sq. graham crackers, finely crushed
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. finely crushed graham cracker
DIRECTIONS:
Stir together first 4 ingredients add melted butter, mix until crumbly. Pat into ungreased 9x9x2 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add egg and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour over baked layer. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cracker. Cool and cut in squares. Yields 3 dozen. Store in refrigerator.
