Today's Recipe - Snickerdoodle Cookies

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 c. shortening 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soda 2 tsp. cream of tartar 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 3/4 c. flour DIRECTIONS: Cream shortening with sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Chill dough several hours. Roll into small balls. Dip in cinnamon sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees until lightly brown.
