Recipe: Ingredients:
Corn- 1 cup
Carrot- 1 medium size (finely chopped)
Peas- 1/2 cup
Onion- half medium size (finely chopped)
Tomato puree- 2 tbsp
Green chilly- 2 (finely chopped)
Lime juice- 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil- 3 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil adds onion stir-fry till well browned.
Add Corn, carrot, peas, green chilly, turmeric powder and tomato puree.
Cover vessel with lid and heat in a low flame till it boiled.
Add lime juice, red chilly powder, coriander powder and salt and heat for 2 minutes. Corn vegetable is ready.
Enjoy with hot chapattis
