Recipe: Ingredients:
250g kaabuli chana (garbanzo beans)
75g onions, chopped
100g tomatoes, chopped
1 lemon
1 small bunch coriander leaves
1/4 tsp chaat masala
A pinch of black pepper
50g capsicum, chopped
1/4 tsp aamchur
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Soak chana in water for few hours and pressure cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow them to cool.
Place chana in a bowl. To this add oil, onions, coriander leaves, salt, capsicum, tomatoes and the spices.
Sprinkle the lemon juice on top and serve like salad
