Recipe: Ingredients:
1 lb Muhrooms
.5 lb Matar
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
A pinch of Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
3 Onions
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 lb Tomatoes
45 gm blanched Nuts (Almonds, Cashewnuts)
1 cup Curd
Few Coriander leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Grind onions to a fine paste.
Grind the nuts separately and add to the onion paste.
Heat oil in a kadai, fry the onion paste till golden brown.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry for few seconds.
Add tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander, jeera powder, turmeric powder and fry till oil leaves the masala.
Now add mushrooms and peas and fry for 2 min.
Add beaten curd and some water and bring to a boil. Let the whole thing cook till the mushrooms and peas are done.
Mix well and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
