Today's Recipe - Peas Paneer Makhani

Recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 cup green peas, boiled 1/2 kg paneer, cubed 3 tbsp butter 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 cup onion paste 1/2 tsp turmeric 2 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp garam masala 1 1/2 cups tomato puree 2 tbsp fresh cream 2 tsp kasoothi methi (dry methi leaves) DIRECTIONS: Heat ghee, fry onion paste and ginger-garlic paste for 2 minutes. Add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, garam masala and fry for a minute more. Add tomato puree and fry for 5 minutes. Now add 1/2 cup water, paneer, peas and simmer the gravy for 2 minutes. Later add cream, kasoothi methi and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve with jeera pulao.
