Today's Recipe - MICROWAVE PASTA PIZZA

Recipe: Ingredients:- 8 oz. angel hair spaghetti 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. pizza sauce 1/4 c. sliced pitted black olives 1 c. shredded mozzarella or Provolone cheese 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning DIRECTIONS:- Prepare pasta as directed on package. Rinse and drain. Heat oil in 9 inch nonstick skillet. Add cooked pasta, pressing into an even layer. Cook 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Invert pasta onto serving plate browned side up. Set aside. Combine green pepper and onion. Microwave at high for 2-3 minutes. Set aside. Spread pizza sauce evenly over noodles. Top with green pepper, onion and olives. Sprinkle with cheese and Italian seasoning. Microwave at 70% on medium high for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Rotate plate once. Cut into wedges.
