Today's Recipe - Baked Chicken Strudel

Recipe: Ingredients:- Chicken, boneless, skinless Carrots Broccoli Cauliflower Flour Butter, clarified Tarragon Garlic Worcestershire sauce Tabasco sauce Iodized salt Kosher salt Celery salt Garlic powder White pepper DIRECTIONS:- Seasoning salt made with equal parts of each. Boil chicken until cooked. Strain, save water and cool. Dice chicken. Boil vegetables until cooked. Dice and cool off. With equal parts flour and butter, make a roux. Add to water from cooked chicken and add tarragon, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces, seasoning salt to taste, with some garlic. Pour over diced chicken and vegetables. Roll in phyllo dough and bake until golden brown.
