Recipe: Ingredients:-
Heat oven to 325 degrees. For each serving, coat 6 oz. custard cup with vegetable spray-on. Place 2 tablespoons cooked, chopped broccoli in cup; season with garlic salt. Carefully break an egg into cup, season with salt. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese on top of egg. Bake, uncovered until egg is desired consistency, 15 to 18 minutes. Serve in custard cup or unmold onto serving plate. One serving-110 calories.
