Today's Recipe - Baked Lasagna

Recipe: Ingredients: 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. ground chuck Chopped onion to taste 1 whole green pepper 1 lg. Ragu Homestyle Spaghetti Sauce 1 (13.2 oz.) Contadina Italian pasta sauce (tomato & mushroom style) 2 (14 oz.) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes 1 (46 oz.) can V-8 vegetable juice DIRECTIONS: Brown ground chuck with onion and green pepper. Spoon off all grease. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for about 2 hours. In 2 pans (9 x 13 inches), take 2 boxes of lasagna noodles (DON'T COOK NOODLES), 3 cups Mozzarella and cheddar cheese or more (mixed together) and starting with sauce, layer sauce, noodles and cheese. Cook until bubbly about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. This is a large recipe. so one pan can go into the freezer.
