Recipe: Ingredients:
1 c. pecan halves
9" unbaked pie shell (fluted edge)
3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scatter pecans over bottom of pie shell. Beat eggs, sugar, syrup, lemon juice and vanilla in small bowl until combined. Beat in butter one tablespoon at a time. Pour over pecans. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is puffed and slightly quivers when you nudge pie.
