Today's Recipe - Frozen peanut butter pie

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 (9 inch) pie pastry 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract or 1 tbsp. rum 2 c. whipped cream Chocolate curls (or other chocolate decoration) 1/4 c. chopped peanuts DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 425 degrees. Ease pastry into pie plate. Crimp pastry edge; using fork prick bottom and sides of crust. Bake 15 minutes or until golden. In large mixing bowl, beat together cheese, sugar and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Blend in milk and vanilla. Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream; blend well. Refrigerate remaining cream. Spoon filling into cooled pie crust; freeze until firm, about 3 hours. When ready to serve, decorate with remaining whipped cream; sprinkle with chocolate and nuts.
