Today's Recipe - Pumpkin Pie Cake

Recipe: Ingredients: 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1 (16 oz.) can (2 c.) pumpkin 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp. salt 1 (13 oz.) can milnot 1 box yellow cake mix (do not use pudding cake mix) 2 sticks butter, melted DIRECTIONS: Mix ingredients in order listed: eggs, pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt and milnot. Pour into ungreased 9x13x2 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix over filling. Pour melted butter over top of cake mix. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until knife comes out clean when inserted at center. Serve warm or cold, plain or with Cool Whip.
