Recipe: Ingredients: 1 c. pumpkin 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 c. vanilla ice cream 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Individual graham cracker pie crust DIRECTIONS: 1. Put ice cream in a bowl; stir. 2. Add brown sugar and spice and mix. 3. Add the pumpkin and stir again. 4. Scoop the mixture into the pie crust and freeze it.
