Today's Recipe - Apple Amaretto Pie

Recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 5 to 6 c. tart apples, peeled, sliced 1 (9 inch) pie shell uncooked 1/3 c. Amaretto 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. butter, softened DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss mixture with the apples. Place in pie shell. Sprinkle Amaretto over. Mix remaining 1/2 cup flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter. Crumble over top of pie. Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
