Today's Recipe - Sweet Potato Pie

Recipe: Ingredients: Pie crusts 1 lg. can sweet potatoes, drained or 5 sweet potatoes, peeled, chunked & boiled Applesauce Raisins DIRECTIONS: Mash sweet potatoes either in food processor or with fork, put in pie shell. Top with applesauce and raisins until whole pie is covered. Bake at 350 degrees at least 1 hour or longer until crust gets brownish.
