Today's Recipe - Sweet Potato Pie

Recipe: Ingredients: 6 c. mashed sweet potatoes 2 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 9 eggs 2 sticks butter 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. mace 1 tbsp. vanilla 3 c. milk 1/2 c. bourbon 3/4 c. coconut DIRECTIONS: Pour into four 9-inch pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
