Today's Recipe - Sweet Potato Pie

Recipe: Ingredients: 2 c. mashed sweet potatoes 1/3 c. butter 1/3 tsp. salt 1/2 c. orange juice 1 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 unbaked pie shells DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients except pie shells. Mix well. Place in pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees until firm.
