Recipe: Ingredients: 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. flour 4 lg. tart apples, peeled & cut into 8's 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. butter 1 (9") pie crust DIRECTIONS: Arrange apples in pie crust. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and flour, cut in batter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
